You can now click and paste it into the URL section when adding a custom Torznab indexer via Sonarr, Radarr, etc.
I’ve tried both the local URL pointing to SABnzbd and to but neither work with the API as listed in SABnzbd. I believe the last step is to add as an indexer through the custom Newznab page but for the life of me I can’t figure out what the URL should be.

If you choose a private indexer, you will need to click the icon to the right and login. I’ve added SABnzbd to the download client page in Sonarr.
